Employer not giving I797 have receipt Number, how to obtain, have the USCIS approved case as of Sept 18

Employer not communicating nor sharing or providing flexibility to travel

what are my options to get the I797 ? can I get it through FOIA??

so process steps

1) Obtain i797 through FOIA , still employer would be my current employer

2) approach employer B to file transfer

3) employer B confirms transfer done then approach stamping 

 

am I missing anything here>??

You need to have the original 797 approval  notice after your transfer, to go for Stamping.

that was obtained in step 1 mentioned, but isnt that what you are refferring to....???
