అసలు రైతుకీ, కౌలు రైతుకీ చెరిసగం..! 
‘అన్నదాత సుఖీభవ’ పథకాన్ని వచ్చే జూన్‌ 1 నుంచి ప్రభుత్వం అమల్లోకి తేనుంది. భూ యజమానులే స్వయంగా సాగు చేస్తున్న చోట మొత్తం ఆర్థిక సాయాన్ని వారికే అందజేయనుంది. కౌలు రైతులు సాగు చేస్తున్న చోట ఆర్థిక సాయంలో సగం అసలు రైతుకి, సగం కౌలు రైతుకి ఇవ్వాలన్నది ప్రతిపాదన.
