Chese mundu vallaki ne transfer situation explain cheyi that u cannot come to them until u receive an approval on ur case. Explain them how it will impact ur immigration status if something goes wrong.. im sure if they like u they will wait.. when u combine health insurance+ 401k+ bonus and other benefits associated with FTE its a very good option considering the place too.. good luck..
