They are currently saying 12k per yard in this area .  Need your help and info on this

as location is near to the maps link in shared. It is after bachupalli .

they are selling for 12k per yard.

a area lo near ORR rameshwaram, 165 sqyrds lo 1800 sqft construction villa for 43 lacs outright vasthundi.

including clubhouse,  etc features tho.
