But prebooking vaalaki 12k per yard ammutunnaru before development.

Post development hey are planning to sell at 18k per yard.

ya. But prebooking ki motham kattali. for example 48lakhs isthe neeku 400 yards  book chestaaru on ur name.

Once plotting start they will give 2 150 yards plots and one 200 yard plot ala . Depends on how much you book before plot.

They are registering land bro. 400 yards register chestaru. But post ploting they will register plots with number. We did this like in ramoji film city. 5k ki koni 7k ki ammesaru in 4 months.

its a big bokka...oka chota workout ayindi ani anni chotla avvali ani ledu...without permissions konte neke pedha bokka...i know a realtor who brought land in 2014 and took 2-3 yrs to get all permissions approved...6 mnths back start chesadu ammadam..aina layouts veste plot nos vastai so nuvvu oka 1-2 plots register chepichukovachu...ippudu prebooking ani nuvu koni em register chepichukuntav uncle?

you can register. I did registtration last time also. i bought 600 yards in acre and registers for 600 yards.

after layout they register plots on be divinding 600 into 3.
