so say some you got 600 sqyrds in thr acre..i got a 1000 sq yrds and some X got the rest..so once you go for layout approval who will loose the land for roads, mortgage, park and community area??...issue is not abt registration here

they wont sell 100%. even in this they are taking 20% of total land for  prebooking not for entire land.
