Kadu bro.. people where like never save everything in india until u really wanted to go back annaru. Reason being its difficult to bring back money from india and you need pay high taxes ani chala threads chusano so asking..

its not about contacts..but about legalising the money u get form India..

lets assume ippudu India lo 70L (100K) petti illu konnav...all white.

after few years u want to get money here..and u sell that home in India for let say 1Cr (assume 150K)

so will u be able to show that 50K (30L) profit in India and pay tax for that...and get the remaining amount here...

and also u need to buy dollars..(which will be 10Rs extra than the selling rate).

so after taxes and exchange rate = u will be getting around 20K legally to US.

a 100K ikkade petti stocks lo pedite kuda u get the same amount and u dont need to go in the hassle of doing sales etc.

yes but u will not be putting 100K in one place right..

there are stocks, mutual funds etc...split out the investment..oka deggara gain inko deggara loss ravochu..

but average it out to 10-12% of net gain.
