homesales already 19% paddayi anta 2018 last two months lo.

people are avoiding recession..

People think they are smart...!!! People are avoiding a type of recession which happened in 2008. It’s been a long time and everyone know the reason it happened and precautions to take care so that they avoid...!!! Do you really think this is smarter ? Nah...dumbness to next level.

The next slowdown will be completely different and will have no similarity to all previous slowdowns that every living human being has experienced.

While we talk, there is a slowdown cookkng already...

This time I believe the worst will be consumer spending and unsecured credit and the cascading effects.

Individual consumer spending has hit highest ceiling...ante average spending per user a decade back was much lower than it is today. Certain areas lo aithe 1000% spending ekuvaindi...and it gave new areas for business..chala business depend ayinayi on increased consumer spending...

cash to credit ratio kuda chala perigipoindi...i put the number at $1 cash=$100 credit. This is alarming...

mana kakruthi itle perugukuntu poindante edo oka roju or perhaps quite soon banks will start reducing credit limits, start charging heavy interests, personal loans will be expensive, and this will have cascading effect on consumer market and gradually there could be a rise in cost of living and everything becomes expensive...

this will happen gradually...slowly..perhaps already aitundi..last 3-4 years lo mana average spending double ayindi kam se kam la..

Keep an eye on the stress test results that would be out in April-May...an indicator for performance of the banks.
