House Speaker Nancy Pelosi emphasized on Friday that the deal to reopen the federal government through February 15 does not change the status of President Trump's State of the Union address, which had been scheduled for Tuesday. "When government is open we will discuss a mutually agreeable date" for the speech, Pelosi told reporters.
