By no means i have time for a second job i’m just trying to understand how this is a concern because there aren’t really many people who got time to do two jobs. Maybe those who are deep financial know what it takes to get out.

i meant, if the 2nd job is done on w2..uscis vallu ssn track cheste easy to catch the fraud as payrolls running thru 2 companies....i know a few who are doing remote 2nd job using an unused h4 ead or an opt etc
