best way to reduce smartphone usage

I observed one thing the having a less feature rich phn is better to use than a high featured phone.

instead of taking photos I am enjoying the moment. as the phone does not have lot of memory i cannot install to many apps which  reduces my phone usage. 

I have basic apps like whatsapp and few banking apps no FB in my phn.

  now I have decided to downgrade my device to moto E5plus so that I can cut my device usage to 50%

 

 

 

switch off location, bluetooth and close apps from time to time.. that should cover 50% of usage also chrome tabs by deault lot of tabs keep lots of memory.
