The sudden move has raised many eyebrows as Reddy was supposed to report for duty on Tuesday (January 29). Sources said that the state government is reportedly unhappy with him as he had rejected some files pertaining to land conversions in violation of rules. The TRS party is also upset with HMDA as it had collected Rs 57 lakh from the party for the losses the agency suffered due to closure of Outer Ring Road (ORR) on September 2, 2018, to enable the ruling party to hold its public meeting ‘Pragati Nivedana Sabha’ at Kongara Kalan. The payment notice was served to TRS by the authority immediately after the meeting, which apparently irked the ruling party. Meanwhile, the CPI (M) and other opposition parties alleged that the HMDA had collected lesser than what it was supposed to.

 

Interestingly, Janardhan Reddy is the second commissioner who was removed abruptly from the authority. Former HMDA commissioner Neerab Kumar Prasad was also transferred by the state government for delaying permission to an industrial project pertaining to consumer and pharmaceutical major Johnson & Johnson in erstwhile Mahabubnagar district. However, Prasad had maintained that he had not flouted any rules while sanctioning the project.

 

After coming back to power, the TRS government had transferred Suryapet collector Surendra Mohan and Warangal municipal commissioner Gautam Kumar due to political reasons. Janardhan Reddy is the third person to be transferred in the last one and half months.

Dora nippu thuppu ani nenu eppudu cheppale.  On this specific topic I agree with @reality and @Android_Halwa comments. 

He is a good officer. But in this point I wont agree with him if he is really stopping past buyers to buy at previously agreed prices.

జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీలో భారీ స్కామ్‌ బట్టబయలైంది. పారిశుధ్య విభాగంలో బోగస్‌ వేలిముద్రలతో కార్మికుల హాజరువేస్తూ అవకతవకలకు పాల్పడుతున్న వ్యవహారం సంచలనం రేపింది. ఈ విషయంపై అధికారులకు ఫిర్యాదు అందడంతో ఈ వ్యవహారం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. స్పందించిన ఎన్‌ఫోర్స్‌మెంట్‌ అధికారులు ఆరు బృందాలుగా నగరంలోని 12 చోట్ల ఏక కాలంలో దాడులు నిర్వహించారు. ఈ దాడుల్లో శానిటేషన్‌ కార్మికుల హాజరులో అక్రమాలు జరిగాయానే విషయాలు వెలుగులోకి వచ్చాయి. 
జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీలో కార్మికుల హాజరు శాతం కోసం బయోమెట్రిక్‌ విధానాన్ని అమల్లోకి తీసుకొచ్చారు. అయితే అక్రమ సంపాదనకు అలవాటు పడిన కొందరు శానిటరీ ఫీల్డ్‌ అసిస్టెంట్లు బయోమెట్రిక్‌ విధానంలో అక్రమాలకు తెరలేపారు. ఏకంగా బయోమెట్రిక్‌ మిషన్‌నే క్లోనింగ్‌ చేసి సింథటిక్‌ ఫింగర్‌ ప్రింట్స్‌ ఉపయోగిస్తున్నారు. పారిశుధ్య కార్మికులు విధులకు హాజరు కాకపోయినా హాజరైనట్టు వారే నకిలీ ఫింగర్‌ ప్రింట్స్‌ వేసేస్తున్నారు. ఇలా ప్రతినెలా రూ.లక్షల్లో అక్రమంగా సంపాదిస్తున్నారు. ఎస్‌ఎఫ్‌ఏలు అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడుతున్నట్టు రెండు వారాల నుంచి అధికారులకు ఫిర్యాదులు వస్తున్నాయి. ఈ విషయంపై విజిలెన్స్‌, ఎన్‌ఫోర్సుమెంట్‌ అధికారులు ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించారు. బుధవారం ఆరు ప్రత్యేక బృందాలను రంగంలోకి దించారు. ఒక్కో బృందం రెండు ఏరియాల చొప్పున 12 ప్రాంతాల్లో ఏక కాలంలో తనిఖీలు చేపట్టారు. చార్మినార్‌, కూకట్‌పల్లి, మూసాపేట్‌, మలక్‌పేట్‌, ఎల్బీనరగ్‌తోపాటు వివిధ ప్రాంతాల్లో తనిఖీలు చేశారు. ఈ తనిఖీల్లో సానిటరీ ఫిల్డ్‌ అసిస్టెంట్లు బయోమెట్రిక్‌లో సింథటిక్‌ ఫింగర్‌ ప్రింట్స్‌ ఉపయోగిస్తున్నట్టు గుర్తించారు. సింథటిక్‌ ఫింగర్‌ ప్రింట్స్‌తో అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడుతున్న 17 మంది ఎస్‌ఎఫ్‌ఏలను రెడ్‌హ్యాండెడ్‌గా అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నామని జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ విజిలెన్స్‌, ఎన్‌ఫోర్స్‌మెంట్‌ డైరెక్టర్‌ విశ్వజిత్‌ కంపాటి తెలిపారు. 9 మంది వద్ద 84 ఫింగర్‌ ప్రింట్స్‌ని గుర్తించామన్నారు. వారి వద్ద ఉన్న బయోమెట్రిక్‌ మిషన్లను సీజ్‌ చేశామన్నారు. యూట్యూబ్‌లో చూసి సింథటిక్‌ ఫింగర్‌ ప్రింట్స్‌ తయారు చేసినట్టు వారు విచారణలో ఒప్పుకున్నారని వివరించారు. ఇంకెంత మంది వీటిని ఉపయోగిస్తున్నారో ఆరా తీస్తున్నామన్నారు. ఈ వ్యవహారం వెనుక ఎవరి హస్తముందో త్వరలో తేలుస్తామని చెప్పారు. రూ.లక్షలు వెచ్చించి ఏర్పాటుచేసిన ఈ వ్యవస్థను కేవలం రూ.5, రూ.10తో ఇలా మార్చేశారని అన్నారు. ఈ కుంభకోణానికి సంబంధించి పూర్తి నివేదికను జీహెచ్‌ఎంసీ కమిషనర్‌కు సమర్పించినట్టు ఆయన తెలిపారు. నిందితులపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామన్నారు.

నకిలీ వేలి ముద్రలతో పారిశుధ్య కార్మికుల బోగస్‌ హాజరును నమో దు చేస్తున్న 9మంది సానిటరీ ఫీల్డ్‌ అసిస్టెంట్లను వెంటనే విధుల్లోంచి తొలగించాలని, వారిపై కేసులు నమోదు చేయాలని నగర మేయర్‌ బొంతు రాంమోహన్‌ ఆదేశించారు. నిందితులపై క్రిమినల్‌ కేసులు నమోదుచేయాలని కమిషనర్‌ దానకిషోర్‌ను కోరారు. నకిలీ వేలిముద్రల అంశంపై పూర్తిస్థాయి విచారణ జరిపించాలని ఆదేశించారు. ఈ ఉదం తంలో ప్రమేయమున్న అధికారులు, సిబ్బందిని గుర్తించాలని కోరారు.
