Finland is ranked the world’s happiest country, but its population is aging faster than most and that’s putting pressure on the government to get more people into jobs to help pay for those retiring.

So retirees ki the govt doesn’t pay from the pocket right for their living, yeah it may burden on certain things like health care on the govt, but someone have to replace the existing workforce when they retire am I missing something here ?? 

already ppl now in US are worried abt future coz the suspect they don’t get as much  social security in future as old ppl getting now.

Yes, you are missing the fundamental point. Gov is paying the well care money  for their citizens by collecting the taxes from current employees and most of the good amount of money (maybe a little portion, i'm not comparing entire country budget but at least to an extent that money is re purposed) paid by immigrants who are powering for decades.

Yeah that’s there in US ade kada mana karma, until we are naturalized or get our PR visas we are stuck paying ssn, Medicare taxes.
