here in this case, for international travel do we need to get the stamping done again??

Nope you dont need stamping . H1b transfer approve ayina i797 unte chalu.

3 weeks back ey naa cousin India nundi vachindi....she had visa till Dec 2019 with an old employer...last yr she changed to new emp.

Her new emp attorney aithe compulsory stamping annaru anta....but she didn't go...old visa thone POE cleared....CBP asked her if she changed employer, she said yes and gave her updated 797 and it was all good.

usual ga aite not needed...but time bad nadustunte evad em cheyaledu..

if u have time to go to appointment..get it stamped...

i would prefer going for stamping..its just matter of planning properly...enduku baddakam..

enduku risky..unless its like EVVVVVVVC model ...

3 times went..single qn where do u work..visa granted...

1 time dropbox...  offcourse its FT...

but ikkada US lo vachi struck aye badalu India lo enjoy cheyadam better klada

FT ki ok but non-FT risky ne. Last yr naku FT ayina Admin processing vesadu.

just because it never happened to you, doesnt mean that al is well 

FTE ikkada, 221g last year vellinappudu(got approved in 2days lea).....but there is always a risk. before that  twice basic questions n approved.................i am not saying that its hard now or easy back then.....stamping lo tension untundhi, no matter what FTE or EVC or EVVC  

and ORD lo POE vadu na I129 document adigadu, not even i797 form, pedda airports avoid cheyatam better, when there is an opportunity
