Please suggest on h1 stamping

Hi,

First time h1 stamping (f1->h1). H1 approved with client X but currently working for client Y located in different state than LCA, amendment file cheyaledhu. Working for same employer since OPT. But emergency valla India ravalisi vachindhi and need to go for visa stamping. 

Konchem suggest cheyandi ala proceed avvali. Ma employer old client letter ni edit chesi pedadham antunnadu but verification cheste we will loose antunnadu. Please suggest me some good ideas to overcome this.

risk tesukovali anukunte mee employer chepinattu cheye .. but might end up in trouble if they submit your case for verification ...

dont do that , if client  contact cheste mothaniki biscuit avuthadi ...

dont try to save money by not filing amendments..you will get into trouble in future...

u r in big trouble boss,  i mean job change ayyi enni days avuthundhi, with in 6 lopuithee still you have chance to apply amen other wise , luck only save you.

true.. neeku option ledhu.. adhe cheyali..first of all be confident.. chal amandi stutter ayyi leni doubts create chestharu ..

enni cases lo client ki call chesuntaru.. you should go by law of averages..

DHS has their own way of verifying...nee I 797 and LCA a client basis meeda apply chesinro vaalaku telustadi ...client letter modify chesi pedithe LCA apply cheyakunda etla start chesinav ani adugutaadu ....pattukunte pattucheera kadataaru
