I am not supporting this type of construction. But, with that said. The internal partition walls can be lite and easily demolishable structures (not by hand though lol) because they are not load bearing walls. This way you can reduce unnecessary dead weight on the foundation which is an important part of whole building design. You don’t even need outer walls to be too strong but they can be strong enough to be sound proof and not easily demolished.

The only problem is this wall seems to be cheaply built even for an unimportant partition wall. It should be at least strong enough for regular hammer and sticking nails into.
