They will settle the case without  ruling in anyone's favor just like Apple vs Samsung trail, because this has long term consequences on the entire smartphone industry. There is no giants like Qualcomm & Apple. Others are really trying to get away with the ecosystem they both built. Intel isn't equipped to catch up the tech Qualcomm got. Also, no other company who heavily invested in the smartphone space like Apple. So they will settle instead of selling the IP's to each other. They both want to be in this business.

then if they want to settle the case, why they are crying foul at first all for a $1.50 discount that apple asked for qualcomm, malla they are showing how qualcomm got fined in china, taiwan, south korea.

Read the full article. Days like today, change in $0.01 price from suppliers could hurt the earnings so badly. Vallu adigina price pay chesthe it's like they literally won't meet the guidance expectations each quarter.

okay you are looking at it as investor perspective, and I am looking at it at consumer level.

apple is not justifying itself when it's trying to make a almost 50% as a profit on a single device, yeah its hurting for apple with the practice that qualcomm is doing to them when apple itself has been doing it.  I was intrigued by this paragraph, and bullshit all apple says that it protects the consumer rights reg privacy when FBI wanted a back door to get into the phone of san berdinando attacker. cheppedi sriranga neethulusametha

 

The irony is that this is very much like the two biggest bullies in school dragging a smaller kid to the principal, complaining about being bullied. Even if true, you’d think it would still end badly for the bullies because, well, they are more obviously bullies. Maybe it is to shift interest from their own anti-trust exposures, but it seems incredibly risky given that we are only talking something like $1.50 per $1,000 phone. But we aren’t. The end goal appears to be the destruction of Qualcomm, with the eventual dominance by Apple of the smartphone market, where it is currently having serious problems because there are far better smartphones for far less money and Qualcomm is enabling them.

kaaka naku atha opika ledu ikkada vunna vaalla ki avanni pattinchukune antha ledu. Just need apple product as every one got it. I am ** up with Iphone 8 and not interested any apple product. I am good with Dell XPS 13 and happy with Samsung Note 9 for now anthe.

That paragraph was written by the guy who maybe inclined towards Qualcomm kada bro. If you build a company you will just bend to your suppliers where you created a business segment and market demand for it's suppliers? If you are a very big giant real estate builder like GMR and you want to build a project and hired a construction company and pay whatever they ask? You won't negotiate? them?
