CPTs are not approved by them. It’s a college or university discretion to approve CPT or not. And F-1 beneficiaries’ responsibility to prove burden of proof to show not violating any F-1 visa rules. So, if certain university not following guidelines of CPT/OPT rules then these comes into picture and takes control and cancels university permissions to make sure not happens these kind of CPT approvals into the future. 

CPTs need created by mostly desi employers to get money and make students unlawful from aug-09-2018 memo.

 

all students keepup with rules changing. Students are effecting due to this not shady employers even employers are getting majority benefits out of this.
