but it is very easy to make in home also...

grind chickepeas till not so soft paste , grind nuvvulu till very smooth paste, squeeze one full lemon,  cut 2 garlics into very tiny pieces

all mix... 

if u want spice...then deseed a red pepper( can add dry chillies also)... pan fry it ..grind it with garlic and 1 spoon vinegar and put on top of hummus u made

whole foods lo.. i saw low cal crackers..which are made with grains not flour. they are good and low in cal and carb

You can have  Turkey\Beef Jerky, spicier one's. Its high in protien and low in carb's.
