Started a new job. Received E-Verify TNC. Any suggestions?

Hi all,

I started a new job early January 2019 and today I received an E-Verify TNC (Tentative Nonconfirmation) from my employer. This generally means that there is a mismatch in what I have filled in my I-9 vs DHS records.

Please advise if anyone has gone through this.
