Eee roju announcement prakara each farmer who owns 5 acres and below of agricultural land will be given Rs 6000/yr

While Congress party according to an article published in AndhraJyothi news paper few days ago is planning on implementing "Universal Income" where people below the poverty line will be given Rs 4000 every month

I think today's Chidambaram's press conference gave us a hint about this.

So compared to Modi's Jhumla, this would work better because everyone is getting money.

Modi's Jhumla would have worked had it been Rs 6000/acre like KCR's.
