both are backing different horses for the center race. that's all.

case in point, KCR has nothing to say on what Center is doing in Kolkata. so his federal front is just balderdash. he is a BJP lackey. and he has no other way around it, because Congress is his principal opposition in the state.

If KCR has anything to say on West Bengal issue, I think it would be against Mamta. The way she is blocking CBI etc..., but he is keeping quite just to strengthen his front idea ani kuda anukovachhu gaa...

but its not. and its clear the center is at serious fault. 

she's not blocking the CBI. the high court asked the CBI to wait, and CBI swooped in to raid police HQ without even a warrant, based on the argument that summons (which were kept in abeyance by the high court) werer not responded to.

its a serious breach by CBI.

Does an investigation delegitimize a govt? If the govt is that vulnerable, they must face the consequences. No state is an exception.

yes. it does. TN govt's secretariat was raided couple years ago, and the govt (just elected 6 months back then) lost all its legitimacy in the eyes of its people.
