Leafs lekunda salad enduku bongu grains tho kancheyi

leafs cleanse you internals esp liver and digestive organs, helps cleanse your blood too(esp dark greens) raise your red blood cells/haemoglobin levels). Leafs make you fuller and hence you will lose few calories that way.

try some free fresh salads(do it yourself kind) rather than store bought frozen crap.

Thx Bro. problem entante bhayya, Leafs ekkuva tho thinte, naaku tondaraga akali vestondi. atu itu kaani time lo akali vese sariki snack and junk ekkuvaga tintunna :( deentho modatike mosam vostundi.

I cannot buy biryani everyday. also, I do not want to dependent on my wife, as she cooks good food but all with rice :(

Cucumber + tomato + little onion + peppers (mixed) & some chilli powder, salt & lemon.

Inka kummeyi.. you can add any kind of soaked beans/lentils if u want....
