Olive oil for cooking best or no ??

All Indian curries are made with olive oil

Is it good or bad

mana style cooking ki olive oil not good...

because we burn it before we put tempering or onions in it...

that negates use of olive oil...ikkada style ki alavatu padi..sekal padtam olive oil anukuntu..

but it is not doing any good for our style of cooking.

i use olive oil, avacado oil,coconut oil or ghee for cooking.

Thanks ba.. I read some where that if we super burn any oil .. that's not good for consuming... For oilve oil it's the same..

Will stop that...
