Like I said yesterday, Administrative procedures have to be followed no matter who is playing what...

When CBI reached out to talk to the commissioner, who is an IPS officer, has to co-operate with the investigation. 

There is no second thought about it. Mamata Banerjee is supposed to be a life long opposition leader who has perfected the art of Dharna's and its very unfortunate that she is now a CM, what better can be expected from her other than this?

what and when did the raid happen? 

Summons issued for inquiry, where did this raid thing come in between? Even the chief secretary was also informed about the same.

BJP can't even follow the law - which was designed by uppercaste for uppercaste benefit. lol.

anyway bengal top cop appear before CBI emundhi.. he didn't say that he won't. It was CBI that escalated the issue by summoning him.

him appearing before CBI is not a win for BJP. Its just normal business as usual.

Supreme Court did the right thing

you claimed a lot of things earlier in the day, without corroborating any of them. 

If CBI followed administrative procedures, there wouldn't be this stand off at all. All they had to was pressure local high court to speed up judgement on their summons to the top cop.

so now supreme court went out of its way to clear the way for CBI. that's what is the joke. 

Where is the administrative 'procedure' in this?

Whatever mamata is, she's not a communal piece of trash like Modi is. And Modi is not even competent.

Saying that she was grateful to the SC, Mamata claimed that Rajeev Kumar never said he was not available and the two parties should meet at a mutually agreed place. She said Kumar had written five letters to the CBI, saying that he was available for a meeting. “But what they started doing? They went to his house to arrest him. The court has said no arrest.”
