No full details on Rythu bhandhu yet. 

They alloted very less amount. So not every farmer will get money.

5k cr not enough if they have to give 10k each to every farmer. 

They need 15k crs to do that.

So it won't be like in TG where everyone got it.AP will put some restrictions.

Or reduce amount from 10k to each farmer. 

Mostly they won't do that since center it self is giving 6k .

Mostly they will put restriction saying it's only for small farmers.

Telangana 15k crores/year with less farmers, if they replicate it will be upwards for 18K crores in AP. What I think is that will do inferior version of rytu bandhu like center did.
