Dental ki ikkada aastulu ammukovaale....India ki poi first treatment cheyinchuko man....nothing is important than health, You will eventually come back to US at later point dont worry since you already have H1  approved.

+1. If your treatment is not done properly for some reason say you have to consult a doctor who's not expensive, it will end up worse.

Health is more than Wealth ..In US health is much much more than Wealth. No matter how much you save in US, it will go in first shot if you end up in hospitals...I've seen a friend  40 going to hospital and  ended up paying 3-4 yrs of his savings...

All dear DBIANS

I am software kooli with my mestri in Edison. I have periodontitis which is a serious GUM disease. The doc said I have to get rid of all the bad tooth(all 32) and put new tooth almost like everything. If I do this procedure here it would cost around 40-50K and I do not have that money. Currently, I am on the bench with no project. My visa expires in August 2019 no I-140 approved. I have some unused H1B like 7 months which I have to claim when I apply for the extension.

I know I have to take care of my health and get it fixed. But if I go to India I may not come back since I do not have any project/Client letter to show in visa stamping. My mestri may give some In-house project client letter I am not sure whether that will suffice.

I want to be here in the USA  at least for some more time. I am confused, lost here. Could you please throw some light here what is the best course of action for me.

TS, go to India and get the treatment done. This may be a long drawn treatment and recuperation schedule. Stay close to home and family.

Why did you waited this long when you see bleeding in your gums all those years?. That's why we should do regular checkup for dental, even though some times they recommend things which we may not need immediate attention, but it will help in finding diseases like this in early stages. But mana Indian mentality tho either koncham pain or severe bleed ayyadhaka dentist gurinchi alochincham.

I have dental insurance from last 5 years but never even went for free checkup. I recently did implant for one of my tooth and decided to go for every 6 months checkups from now on for me and my family.

Here each implant will cost 3-4k with out insurance, some will do it for 2k but I doubt the quality. for whole mouth they may place 4 implant on upper and 4 on lower. So cost will build up pretty fast. In India, you can get each implant done in $500-$700.

There is no point for you in staying here and wasting almost 2 year of saving's on dentist and going through all the pain and difficulties yourself.

go to India, get it done and then try to come back based on unused visa and consular processing, make sure you have all paystubs till the date you leave USA.

You have serious health issue, not something minor that you can ignore it for few more years..GUM disease not only effect teeth, but also your general health.
