my scenario: I have valid i40 and Nenu 2nd year of my H1B. My employer is not sharing I 140 receipt.

No one will ask your GC status when you go to H1 interview. Period.

adugutharu sometimes,,  especially if you are around 5th or 6th year of H1b,,,,

approval notice lekka pothe... best thing you can do is request application copy using FOIA act

show that, to the officer..,,tell its your company policy .. they wont share approval notice..

Brother nanu adigaru, i said that I have the receipt number, if you want to specifically want that I can ask my employer as you asked it ananu. They asked for receipt num. i gave it to them... nothing to worry
