Labor approve aithe you will get 1 year extensions, I-140 approve aithe 3 years. So even if you max out you can still file for 1 year extension and then file for I-140.But I-140 premium lo chesthe less than 15 days lo approve ayyidhi. So bottom line, once labor is approved you are good to file for extensions. As long as that is in place you can go for treatment and come back with whatever is left ani naa yokka idi.
