2 Active H1s scenario.. question

Currently mesthri tho h1 paina working at client and 6 months back Accenture lo FT accepted and h1 transfer also done but accenture vadu position hold lo pettadu saying no project to bring u ani. Now he is asking to join.

my question is.. is my h1 with accenture still valid? Can i go and work immediately

I think your H1 is now active with accenture only and not with your current employer as transfer is done. I think You can go and work immediately .

I was wrong . 

If your  H1 is now active with accenture and not revoked yes you can go and work immediately .

Two h1b's can be active nenu kudasarigga chadavakunda repliied.

 

You can work for two companies at same time.

You can work for two companies at same time. 

not at the same time only one at a time, you cant run 2 payrolls from 2 companies at same time on H1B

They call it concurrent H1b.
