True you cant work 2 jobs on single H1b but can do 2 jobs with 2 seperate H1b's, the Trick is 2 nd employer must specifically mention in his H1b application that it is a Concurrent H1b.

You can have as many h1s as you want. There is no concept like transfer. He can work with new or old employer

I have a doubt, if we can apply for 2nd H1b wait until it is approved and start marketing and it may take around 2-3 months after 2nd H1b is approved then can we hold the 2nd H1b until we get a client like is it ok for 2nd employer not running the payroll even after H1b is approved. ?

actually there is nothing called as h1 transfer, each h1 is independent. you change employer and he files h1 just like a new application

Same employer two clients also can work . We cannot just work for someone who doesn’t hold our H1b anthe .

i know so many people who work with two clients with same employer .  160 hrs per client vesi Mari legally .
