Want to setup some business for secondary source of income in India, and want to make big if things go right. Any suggestions from DB people. Any good business Idea you people noticed outside India which might have scope in India. Suggestions pls.

One of my friends set up a dairy farm. But he has a batallion of family members to take care of it while he lives here.

Commission వ్యాపారం. మినుములు, వడ్లు, కందులు, రైతుల నుంచి కొని హోల్ సేల్ వ్యాపారులకు అమ్మడం.

అలాగే మేకలు,గొర్రెలు, గేదెలు, అవులు చిన్న రైతు ల నుంచీ కొని సంతల లో అమ్మడం.

ఇలాంటివి ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా ఉంటాయి.

Thanks for suggestion.Yeah , feels like  this sector has some good scope as its still not touched much.

In a location where you are familiar with....in such region, try to identify the future growth corridors like where there would be a new road coming up or where an existing road is set to widen etc, and try to pick up land at such places and build a small shops with as much as low investment as possible...rent it out...! You may get only peanuts but remember, I said futuristic, not today.

One such project is Regional ring Road in Telangana....one can expect movement of upto 1-2 lakh people per day at some strategic points. Offering land for mixed use purposes and leasing out facilities may be a good running and such business will only grow for ever...

I am in India. Maybe some 20 Lakhs can be adjusted without any loans. More than that, can try some loan if the business plan is good.

Noted. looks like good idea.  but it's more of an investment than business, but futuristically will serve the purpose.

Haven't decided on city or outskirts as iam still yet to figure out the Idea. More than 20 L, we have banks no?   Let me know your ideas, money is not a major constraint. Can take risk.
