I didn’t talk anything about wheels initially. after price is finalized - I told him that I didn’t like the wheels and asked if he can swap with technology wheels. He refused initially. I told him its a deal breaker for me. He called me the next day and agreed with it.

Yes -my rationale under 50k fully loaded small luxury SUV- only Acura RDX

Things I liked

1- CarPlay - True Touch Interface- took 2 days to get used to it but very easy to use after that.  New rule in our state can’t have phone in hand at all.

2- Sound System - I can tell it’s on par with my friend’s B & W on Volvo XC 90

3- HUD and its customizable options and even regular display is of high resolution.

4- Overall comfort and drive. I am not comparing with suv above 50k

5- Last never thought I would use moonroof but now it’s a default setting.

Discount - You should get min 3-4K off MSRP. Just walk out and be rigid on Price

At the end of the day- not how much you pay or what you buy, for me all that matters is  do you really enjoy what you drive.

Yes those are upgrade- I got the regular tech wheels

 agree with you on all the points mentioned....but price bargaining lo intha thakkuva margin ante ne kashtam....when other competitors are willing to go till 15%

wondering how acura is able to sell cars in this tough SUV market with that price...

My understanding based on my research-

Acure already priced aggressively - as drive is not comparable to BMW/ Audi but cannot be ignored either. If you compare similarly equipped ( BMW X3 - equipped similarly  is 61k and Audi 57k- base MSRP on both these models). More margin for discount. Apart from high maintenance. 

To get best deal also check the dealer with largest inventory — they will be more flexible on their in stock models.
