Currently on h1 with approved i140.

have to transfer my h1 to different company. Oka company tho matlada and he said approved i140 unte perm and i140 at a time file cheyochu ani.  Rules changed ani.

make sure you maintained 6 months period after I 140 approved with previous company.

Then you will retain old priority date. There no way anyone can file PERM and I 140 together. Its 3 step process

Can u please ask ur employer if knows the rules??
