patha employer Visa

Naa frnd ki patha employer tho visa validity 2019 Oct varaku undi. 

2017 lo vero employer tho H1  oct 2018 varaku vachindi and in 2018 extended for 3 more years.

Last year Feb lo India ki velli vacheppudu , POE lo officer I -94 stampling page lo new Petition 2018 ani pen tho rasaadu.

Now he has to go to India for family emergency, does he need to attend the visa interview ? or can still come on the old visa?

Pls help buys if any one come across the same situation.
