If you are really looking for travel card Chase Sapphire Preferred or Reserve are good options. 50,000 bonus points when you spend 4k in first 3 months on Travel/Restaurants which is equivalent to 625$ when used for travel credit.

I applied 10 days back as i had to buy international tickets worth 4k. Already spent too.  Its an awesome card.

Preferred gives 2x points and reserve gives 3x points. 

Preferred 95 $ annual fee vs Reserve 450$ annual fee but we get 300$ travel credit.

I have Sapphire Preferred too but tempted to take reserve. 1st year travel credit 300$ ichi unte def ga tesukunedanini. Benefits reserve vi way too awesome.

Both are nice cards. But as far as the sign on bonus is concerned say if one has the preferred, they have to wait for 24 months or so(need to confirm the time period) before applying for the reserve to get the sign on bonus. Of course if sign on bonus is not important, then can apply anytime.

I have no plans to apply for reserve in near future . Monne vachindi preferred but i meant to say was tempted to take reserve.
