My personal experience, amsterdam airport lo kooda english matlada ledu. Maybe Dutch compulsory nerchukovali anukunta, akkada settle avvali ante.

You can manage in cities my cousin worked for Philips over there, can manage some people will speak but not a problem. If it is rural area a bit difficult anyway if any long term plans better to learn. Apart from that everything is good.
