saptami ended at 3:24 am today 

we cannot do it as  there was no saptamia t time  of sunrise

May be that panchamgam is based on sunrise time in India .... you should follow according to local tz

i must add something here....Maaku telsina uncle okadu....valla daughter slightly limping chestuntey, vallu endo bhaley funny gaa undi anukunnaaru ....one foine day doctor daggariki veltey for unrelated issue .....doctor shock ichaadu ee papa ki Vitamin D deficiency undi....urgent gaa India ki pampinchi konni months akkada full yenda tagilettu open doors lo aadukomani pampaaru ...... so we can't trash all age old wisdom
