i would say try dry months...definatly you can reduce the consumption.

Like i'm doing now..no alchol untill memorial day.

first cutdown the friends who wants to drink with you. i am  struggling past few years to give up alochol but it's not happening. 

i tried staying away from few friends of mine, it's little better now. 

past 8 months, i am drinking heavily every alternative day due to some personal issues.

mandhu aarogyaniki hanikaram antaru .. which is technically wrong... life cant be created nor destroyed.. it is only transferred from normal body to drunken body..
