I did not do either , but oka time lo MS badulu MBA cheddam anukunna , my MS is actually from a business college and is a techno functional degree 

GC or Cit aithe will be good ,  visa meedha ante will be difficult status wise ani naa opinion , If you are thinking about doing part time , just make sure that you have some stability for the new few years at your work location

 if you  do part time at a decent college and learn rather than just earning the degree , you should be able to change career 

Ms chesavu ante you would already know these things , but

MBA ki communication skills should be really good , just hope you are not an introvert , mana vallu generally chala shy , especially mana telugu valla ,  office lo oka 50 desi members unte adulo lo oka 15 members untaremo baga communicate chese vallu , rest all don't even speak up in meetings , ala unte MBA lo opportunities limited avutayi 

MBA is vast , assalu nee end goal enti? ye role ki vellali ani?  IT Manager/Director aa leka business side vellali ana?

MBA vs PHD compare chestunnavu ante , you may not have even decided what you want , first do research bro , then choose one which you like and then proceed

nee in and around areas lo ye universities unnayo telusuko , vatilo ye courses offer chestharu , per credit entha , funding ela untundi , subject neeku nachutunda etc ivi anni choodu

Interesting course kanipisthe , check  career prospects , network , how the future will be for that course (think long term , don't choose things that may get automated in the near future - 5-10 years etc)

H1 Meedha vunte I dont know how you will gain from your MBA.

GMAT prep ki oka 3-6 months padutundhi. 

MY Friend did MBA from Chicago Booth School. He already had GC and own his own Tech Company. He also had masters in IT.

opportunities are same, infact you may be rejected due to over qualified. But, degrees always helps you to think differently and your career progress will be very exponentially.
