President Trump expressed displeasure on Tuesday with a tentative agreement drafted by lawmakers to fund the federal government and provide resources for security along the southern border. “I am extremely unhappy with what the Democrats have given us," the president told reporters. Earlier, congressional leaders said they were optimistic that the bipartisan legislation will pass and win the president’s approval.
