Last time it was very less vote difference between TDP and YCP . TDP had support of PK and BJP too. 

YCP has very strong loyal supporters ( for what ever reasons ) . I doubt if they will switch loyalty.  

So I think it will be close this time. Especially considering PK , BJP , Congress ( for anti modi factor ) will also play some part in it.
