On March 3 Rd week Anil ambani had a meeting which was attended by defence minister Le Drian’s special advisor Jean-Claude Mallet; his industry advisor, Christophe Salomon; and his technical advisor for industrial affairs, Geoffrey Bouquot. -------- Cut chesthe March 28 th ki reliance defence eastablish chesaru after Rafael deal was successful during the March meeting. ----------- Modi just announced the deal made by Anil Ambani in April 10th !!!! ------------ This new 36 Rafael procurement was done through pure interest of Anil Ambani. Now coming to calling it scam, I wish it was a government scam. But this showed a sign that government itself lost its control on defence contracts. Our other big defence contractors like Tata and Mahendra are made look like stupids. They invested so much in to their R and D. Reliance has made government look like their froxy* which is very sensitive and serious when it comes to national security . We don't know what are the electronic mediums like email, phones they used as part of that deal. Not good. And now Dassault Aviation chief has now come on record to say that its JV with Reliance Defence is geared towards meeting about 10% of this offset obligation for the Rafale fighter jet deal. it was 3% when first publicly announced Quote
