Html css isn't enough Node.js or asp.net mvc or spring etc Currently you created a static page, but it needs to be rendered from a web server so that you can implement some kind of simple authentication Quote

Yes its doable.infact fb n goo want to manage entire world users in 1 place and allow logins to all sites.they give oauth token which you can use .i will find you some example code and share here Quote

Search for openid user can use their Gmail id to login to your site instead of signup similar to stack overflow site works... Quote

You can integrate any other Openid oauth2.0 saml provider it provides a login page and displays all login providers at once Quote
