ef-baar filing qu3stion.

tax guy saying when i asked should i file f baar since i have an nro account this year using to pay my house loan in india.

 

he says, if my total transfers to any account on my name in india should not be more than $10000 ani.

 

what i thought is total balance of the accounts in india at any given time exceeds $10000 i need to file f ba4 ani..

 

whose is correct.

 

and.....suppose tax fellow still says something and i end up filing anukundam. is this wrong and face issue or just a proactive step so no need to worry even if it is wrong ani anukovocha?

its not xfers...

simple use case...: ne account daily balance log aitundi anuko..

at any given point of the day...if ur account balance logged 10K$ or more..u need to file FBAR....

simple funda man..why complicating things....
