u shud go upto 15% atleast.... to waive PMi on rest of 5%...

adi bhi credit score 780 ye..

if u avoid the middleman..

u can go through rex.com,  vadu neeku closing cost kuda save chestadu...

and PMI waive off on 5%, if ur CS is 800+

raadu.. interest rate 4.5%-5% nadustundi for 30 year conventional loan.
