PP renewal lo NRI Govt app form lo mistake

submit cheysi printout teesaka DOB thappu typo aindi ani choosa. more than 5 times check cheysa but couldn't find this before submit,

do I need to refill again? malli pay cheyala?

form lo pen tho correct cheysi send cheyoccha?

emaina option unda edit cheyadaniki? online lo couldnt find any information

if you are referring the Govt Online Passport application form that you filled and already linked to your CKGS application form, then NO

If the documents are not yet shipped, then only way is just call CKGS and cancel the application... they will refund whole amount except some service charges which is approx 15 - 20 bucks

i didnt ship my documents yet, what happen if I didn't see that typo and ship? do they send back for correction or emaina raccha aithada?

in that case also, you need to cancel the whole application and start over again... Also, you will loose your shipping label money

If you have not shipped your documents yet, you can do one thing. Write a letter stating error in online application what mistake you have done and proof of DOB.

We did some mistake  i dont remember what we did . We attached one request letter stating by mistake we entered wrong.

Put the request  letter in documents u are sending. That should be kept in first page of documents u r sending.

online govt form is not editable and cannot be modified by CKGS too.... so, i think letter might not work out... last december, same mistake chesa nenu... after long call with CKGS, went ahead with cancelling the application and resubmitting a new one..

 

@TS : It is so easy to call CKGS and clarify...
