Infact i calculated their hourly rate at that time.. it turned out to $150. manakante veelle better kada anipinchindi.

Yes i called yesterday, IVR asked for Credit card details including the 3 digits at the back of the card. Since i already paid for the passport renewal i thought they are asking to verify my details. Call connected to a human, While talking to the customer care person in ten minutes another IVR asked to add money press 1 something like that. i didn't do that the call disconnected and they charged 25.80$ from my credit card. It seems the great CKGS pathetically out of money and charging for customer service calls. After i received a Fraud detection alert from my credit card company initially i said yes its fraud. However when i called CKGS again same IVR asking for credit card to charge. So i think CKGS are charging for customer service calls. Please let me know if this is not the case.
