Buddy not sure if you have been to that hospital, I have been there . It’s not exactly free but If you are poor they will charge very less fee for medicines . Cancer medication can be from thousands to lakhs . 

NTR may have done a  lot lot of bad stuff but this initiative is doing at least some good to society . Try to appreciate. Hatred has blinded you .
