02/14/2019: Uncertain Date of Resumption of H-1B Premium Processing Services Beyond 02/19/2019

• Currently I-907 is suspended for most of H-1B petitions, except "extension without change" petition with the NSC, Exempt H-1B petitions, and FY-2019 H-1B cases. USCIS announced that the I-907 would be suspended until 02/19/2019 except the above. However, it is not certain the USCIS will resume H-1B premium processing services beginning from 02/20/2019 because it added that USCIS plans to resume premium processing for the remaining categories of H-1B petitions as agency workloads permit. It appears that the USCIS is experiending a huge backlog in H-1B petition cases. Accordingly, we will have to see the USCIS new announcement for resumption of I-907 for all the H-1B petitions "exactly" what specific date beyond 02/19/2019. Please stay tuned for the USCIS new announcement sooner or later.
